XCIII hydrocyclone is one of hydrocyclones developed by Yantai Xinhai Mining Machinery Company. With professional design theory of CFD model and 3-D model analysis system, it is a hydrocyclone with a world-leading level. 10°,15°and 20°is available for the cone body of Xinhai XCIII hydrocyclone .

 

Features of XCIII hydrocyclone

 

1. Xinhai XCIII hydrocyclone adopts the 3-dimension snail-shaped square tubular feeding structure, which can make materials more close to the internal wall with less resistance and high separating speed. So the classification is improved.
2. With an alternative wedge-shaped adjusting device in the feeding opening, it can quickly change the speed and the opening size to enhance the classification efficiency.
3. There is a fishtail device in the sediment opening. Within a certain flocculant range of feeding quantity, the feeding concentration and the feeding pressure, the emission concentration and overflow fineness keeps constant.
4. A siphon device with excellent characteristics is installed in the top of overflow box. Adjusting this device can achieve more underflow concentration and lower overflow concentration. The overflow concentration can be reduced as low as water while underflow concentration can be 85%.

 

Working Principle of Xinhai XCIII hydrocyclone

 

It is used for classification with the theory of centrifugal sedimentation. When the two-phase or three-phase mixed with liquor is fed into hydrocyclone through feeding opening, the mixture does three-dimensional and oval and strong rotating and tangent cyclone motion. Considering differences of density between fine and coarse ores, the majority of coarse ores precipitates to bottom in a spiral trajectory by action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid resistance, etc. Then coarse particles are discharged from the underflow outlet, while the fine particles are discharged from the overflow pipe.
