Features of Xinhai XC I hydrocyclone
1. Xinhai XC I hydrocyclone adopts 3-D snail-shaped feeding structure to feed minerals in circumferential and axial directions. Without interference of turbulent flow around the overflow pipe, it increases the rotating speed of coarse materials to underflow outlet, which can avoid rapid rotary of feeding and can improve the classification efficiency.
2. The unique adjusting device of wedge-shaped feeding opening can quickly adjust the sizes of feeding inlet to improve classification effects. The wedge-shaped adjusting valve makes more changeable parts in the inlet , so there is no need changing the whole liner.
3. Xinhai abrasion resistant rubber has excellent abrasion resistance, so that it greatly saves the cost and also keeps the shape and size of internal passage so as to maintain classification efficiency.
4. With the square pipe-type feeding model, materials can be more close to the inner wall, which maximizes the divergent force of materials and minimizes the abrasion of flow box.
5. It can provide molding abrasion-resistant rubber liner and cold bonding abrasion-resistant rubber liner with a long service life.
6. With specialized selection software, it can help rapid lectotype.
Working Principle of Xinhai XC I hydrocyclone
As one kind of classification equipment, it adopts centrifugal sedimentation. When the two-phase or three-phase mixed with liquor is fed into hydrocyclone through feeding opening, the mixture does three-dimensional, oval and strong rotating and tangent cyclone motion. Considering differences of density between fine and coarse ores, the majority of coarse ores precipitates to bottom in a spiral trajectory by action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid resistance, etc. After that, it is discharged to realize classification.
