The spiral of overflow port of Xinhai Submerged spiral classifier is completely immersed below the liquid level of settling area, which enlarges the settling area and depth. With features of simple structure, large processing capacity, easy operation and high efficiency as well as Xinhai abrasion resistant rubber, it is a preferred choice among the classification machineries. Different from high weir spiral classifier, it is preferred to process coarse particles.

Principle:

In terms of differences in the size and proportion of solid particles, immersed spiral classifierrotates at a low speed via the spiral. Because of different fall velocity in the liquid, fine particles are overflowed, while coarse particles are down to the bottom and discharged.
